How to report an error

Send:

  • page URL;
  • statement in question;
  • why it may be wrong;
  • primary evidence;
  • date observed;
  • contact details for follow-up.

Do not send account passwords, private keys, full card numbers or unredacted identity documents.

Our review

An editor checks the supplied evidence against the source hierarchy. High-risk claims about market status, operator, domain, account safety or player funds receive a second review.

Correction levels

Minor

Spelling, formatting or a link that does not change meaning. Corrected without a prominent notice.

Material

Bonus amount, payment method, game specification, score component or other fact affecting a decision. Updated with a dated change note.

Critical

Operator, domain, legal availability, security incident, self-exclusion failure or a materially wrong safety conclusion. The page receives a visible correction notice and is re-reviewed before commercial links return.

Right of reply

An operator can provide evidence and a response. We may summarise a relevant response without surrendering editorial control. We do not remove accurate criticism in exchange for payment.
